Third‑party data: We query search and keyword data providers (e.g., DataForSEO) using your inputs (such as domain, keywords, and region/language) to return metrics and SERP snapshots.
LLM processing: We use OpenAI models to analyze search results and draft audit insights. Prompts may include your submitted inputs (e.g., domain, keywords, queries) and derived context necessary to complete the task.
Usage and device data: Basic log information about how you use the product. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Cookies: Authentication and session cookies (via Clerk) and functionality cookies used to enable secure access and realtime task updates.

Background jobs & realtime (Trigger.dev): Orchestrates audit pipelines and provides limited-scope tokens for live progress updates.
Hosting and storage: Our infrastructure and database providers host the application and store your data.

We share only the minimum necessary data with these providers to perform the requested operations.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your organization’s data by contacting us.
